Payments and Booking Confirmation
- 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance is due 7 days prior to your stay.
- You are welcome to contact us direct for other payment options.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and EFTPOS
In the event of a cancellation an 80% refund will be given provided we are notified at least 21 days prior to the arrival date. 50% refund 7days prior, under 7 days 20% refund.
Conditions of Rental
- The number of guests staying at the house should not exceed the number stated in the booking details.
- If this occurs extra charges will apply in accordance with our rate table.
- The property is rented for holiday use only and no functions are permitted, unless discussed with proprietor.
- No pets allowed (unless concession is made and guidelines adhered to)
Breakages or Damage
- Your credit card details are held by us for security purposes.
- Breakages or damage not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card.
- Normal wear and tear such as accidental breakages of glasses or plates will not be charged for.
- Charges will apply if the house is left in an unreasonable condition for example:
- Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher.
- BBQ not cleaned.
- Soiled or stained bed covers or upholstery
- Misplaced keys
- Any breakages or damage to the property, furniture, fixtures or fittings will be charged to the guest at replacement or repair cost plus 10%.
- We take no responsibility for personal items left behind on the premises during your stay or after departure.
- We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or any expenses caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control.
