Payments and Booking Confirmation

  • 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance is due 7 days prior to your stay.
  • You are welcome to contact us direct for other payment options.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and EFTPOS


In the event of a cancellation an 80% refund will be given provided we are notified at least 21 days prior to the arrival date. 50% refund 7days prior, under 7 days 20% refund.

Conditions of Rental

  • The number of guests staying at the house should not exceed the number stated in the booking details.
  • If this occurs extra charges will apply in accordance with our rate table.
  • The property is rented for holiday use only and no functions are permitted, unless discussed with proprietor.
  • No pets allowed (unless concession is made and guidelines adhered to)

Breakages or Damage

  • Your credit card details are held by us for security purposes. 
  • Breakages or damage not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. 
  • Normal wear and tear such as accidental breakages of glasses or plates will not be charged for. 
  • Charges will apply if the house is left in an unreasonable condition for example: 
  • Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher. 
  • BBQ not cleaned. 
  • Soiled or stained bed covers or upholstery 
  • Misplaced keys 
  • Any breakages or damage to the property, furniture, fixtures or fittings will be charged to the guest at replacement or repair cost plus 10%.


  • We take no responsibility for personal items left behind on the premises during your stay or after departure.
  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or any expenses caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control.
